Helicopter Armbar by Braulio Estima

Braulio Estima is a World Jiu Jitsu champion from Brazil and is the Head Coach for the Gracie Barra in the United Kingdom.

He was the Absolute and 88 kg ADCC Submission wrestling competition champion and just recently won the 2011 ADCC Submission wrestling competition in the Superfight category

In this video, Estima finishes his opponent using the armbar via a Helicopter hence it is called the Helicopter Armbar.
